Cleanse Review: One Day of Juice
Jai's one day juice cleanse made me feel great, and was also delicious! Four days prior to my 1 day juice cleanse, I prepared my body by eating strictly raw foods. I also cut out as much caffeine as possible. In the morning, on the fifth day (day of cleanse) I could feel some minor withdrawals (headache and tiredness) from caffeine, sugar, and processed foods. Aside from this, I was looking forward to a day of drinking strictly juice. Initially, I thought hunger would be an issue throughout the day.. however, I felt full and satisfied after each juice.
Waking up the next day, and several days after, I can honestly say I felt refreshed, energized, and balanced. I definitely was not craving the usual unhealthy foods I normally desired. I did notice my skin breaking out post-cleanse - but this is a clear sign the process was a success! If I could, I would do this at least once every week. Highly recommended to anyone seeking immunity boost, energy, mental clarity, or general improvement of health!
